Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or telemarketing communications in violation of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or A2P 10DLC requirements.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including creating fake documents, forging signatures, or impersonating any person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Scrape, spider, crawl, or use automated means to harvest data from the Services without our explicit written consent.
• Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any security or rate-limiting controls.
• Use the platform to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, or any other highly sensitive personal data not required for automotive retail operations.
• Host, transmit, or display content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes illegal acts.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of others.

2. API & System Fair Use

To ensure high performance for all customers, you agree not to:

• Perform load testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots in a manner that excessively burdens our infrastructure.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine that you have violated these rules.
