    • Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any security or rate-limiting controls.
    • Use the platform to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, or any other highly sensitive personal data not required for automotive retail operations.
    • Host, transmit, or display content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes illegal acts.
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of others.

    2. API & System Fair Use

    To ensure high performance for all customers, you agree not to:

    • Perform load testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without written permission.
    • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas.
    • Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots in a manner that excessively burdens our infrastructure.

    3. Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Enforcement

    We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine that you have violated these rules.
