We started CarSalesSoftware.com because we were tired of the "Frankenstein" tech stack. Dealerships shouldn't have to pay 8 different vendors just to sell one car.

Jared didn't start in Silicon Valley—he started on the showroom floor. Spending a decade climbing the ranks in automotive retail, from the sales desk to general management, he lived the daily grind of running a dealership.
Every day, he watched gross slip away because systems didn't talk to each other. The CRM was completely disconnected from the desking tool. Inventory aged out because the data was siloed. F&I managers spent hours re-keying data, and ownership was paying massive monthly bills to 8 different software vendors just to keep the doors open.
"I realized we were working for the software, instead of the software working for us," Jared says. "I couldn't find a single system that handled the entire lifecycle of a deal without breaking down or requiring a third-party integration."
That frustration became the blueprint for CarSalesSoftware.com.
